Is it free to list a property on Falcon Nest?
Yes. Landlords can register and list properties without a listing fee. Listings must be reviewed and approved by Falcon Nest admin. Transaction commissions apply as disclosed in the landlord terms.
Can I book guest accommodation online?
Yes. Once the booking system is active, customers will be able to select available dates and book through Falcon Nest. Payment confirmation is subject to PayFast verification.
Can I request a property viewing?
Yes. Long-term rental applicants can request a viewing date and time. Landlords can confirm or suggest another time.
How does Falcon Nest earn commission?
Short-term accommodation bookings carry a 10% commission. New long-term tenancies carry a commission equal to 50% of the first month's rent only. Renewals by an existing tenant do not attract another commission.
Who receives monthly rental payments?
For long-term rentals, the first month's rent is processed through Falcon Nest. From the second month onward, tenants pay the landlord directly under the rental agreement.
Do I need an account to browse properties?
No. Visitors can browse accommodation without registering. Customers will verify their email or use Google Sign-In when an account is needed.
